Terms & Conditions for Castlewood Inn

By using our website and/or booking a stay at Castlewood Inn, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Policies
- Guests are required to present a valid photo ID at check-in or upload to the Registration App.
- By providing your phone number you agree to receive informational text messages from Castlewood Inn. Consent is not a condition of purchase. messages Frequency will vary. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel.
- Room availability is subject to hotel policies, and early check-in or late check-out requests are not guaranteed. The hotel reserves the right to deny service to any guest who does not comply with these policies.
- A $200 fee will be charged for excessive debris removal and/or damage. Guests are liable for any damage or excessive cleaning required after checkout.
- Only registered guests are allowed on the property after 10 PM. Castlewood Inn is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items during your stay.
Reservations & Cancellations
- Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A valid payment method is required to hold your reservation.
- Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- For Standard Rate Full payment is charged automatically at the time of booking. You may cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival will incur a 100% charge for the stay.
- For Non-Refundable Rate Full payment is charged automatically at the time of booking and is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations at any time.
Payment Policy
- Depending on the booking terms, full payment or an authorization hold may be required at check-in. Any additional charges, including incidentals, room service, or damages, will be billed to the payment method provided at check-in.
- Payment Terms: A $100 preauthorization will be placed on your card at check-in to cover incidental charges. Valid payment details are required during online check-in.
- Third Party Bookings: For reservations made via third-party platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia), their payment and cancellation terms may apply. Please contact them directly to modify or cancel your reservation.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 3:00 pm
- Check-out: 11:00 am
- Self check-in instructions will be provided prior to your arrival.
- Check-in with front desk staff may be limited to standard business hours. Self check-in will be available when front desk staff is away.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge
Pet Policy
The hotel welcomes pets in designated pet-friendly rooms. A fee applies per pet for each pet for each reservation, and guests are responsible for keeping their pets supervised at all times. Pets are not allowed on furniture, and any damage or excessive noise caused by pets may result in additional fees or removal from the property.
- A maximum of 3 dogs per room is allowed.
- A pet fee of $25 per pet, per reservation applies. Local and state taxes apply.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring pets are not left unattended in the room.
- Pets must be leashed on property grounds and may not roam freely outside of guest rooms.
Smoking Policy
- The Castlewood Inn is a smoke-free property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Any guest found smoking inside their room will be charged a $250 deep cleaning fee.
Parking
- Parking is available for registered guests. While the hotel provides on-site parking, it is not responsible for any lost or stolen items from vehicles.
Pool Usage
- The outdoor pool on site is no longer in operation. Usage is not permitted by any person at any time.
Accessibility
- Our property offers ground floor rooms that are accessible.
- Please note there is no elevator to the second floor. If you require an accessible room, please contact us prior to booking to ensure availability.
Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and the property. Castlewood Inn reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave without refund if they violate hotel rules or engage in disruptive behavior.
Liability
- Castlewood Inn is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property during your stay. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to hotel property.
